Our extended workforce includes individuals employed by our vendors and staffing partners — such as temporary staff and outsourced professionals — as well as independent contractors. These individuals are not employees of ProjectSG Group but are critical contributors to the success of our projects. We value their professionalism and are committed to ensuring a positive, respectful engagement with our company.

To maintain consistency, compliance, and transparency, we operate under a clear set of supplier and contractor policies that define expectations, responsibilities, and boundaries. These guidelines ensure that extended workforce members have the tools and access they need to fulfill their assignments — no more, no less — while maintaining full compliance with legal and labor standards across all jurisdictions we operate in.

Our Supplier Code of Conduct governs every vendor and staffing relationship. We carefully vet all partners to ensure they meet our standards for safety, fair labor practices, and ethical conduct. All employment terms, including compensation and benefits, remain the responsibility of the respective vendor or staffing agency.

We also extend our anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, and Code of Conduct policies to all individuals working with us — including those not directly employed by ProjectSG Group. All extended workforce members have access to the same reporting channels, including anonymous feedback mechanisms, to raise any workplace concerns. We also encourage open communication through their respective employers.

Integrity in contracting is a cornerstone of our operations. Through programs such as our Partner Accountability Framework and Vendor Engagement Reviews, we continuously monitor, assess, and improve our practices.
