Who writes Insights
Insights is written for property agents in Singapore by the ProjectSG team. Every article names its author, and every article that was drafted with AI also names the person who reviewed and approved it.
How we research
- We start from primary sources: government agencies such as URA, HDB, IRAS, MAS and CEA, platform documentation such as Google Ads Help, and named reports.
- Every statistic and quote is checked against its source before publishing. The source is linked in the article's Sources list with its date.
- We keep a source log for each article so any claim can be traced.
- Where we describe our own campaigns, we say so, and we do not publish client results without the client's permission.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to help find sources, outline and draft articles. A person on our team checks every fact and claim, edits the draft and approves it before it is published. AI is never the final say, and we do not publish articles automatically.
Articles drafted with AI say so in the "About this article" note at the end.
Not financial or legal advice
Insights articles are general information. They are not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and they are not a recommendation to buy or sell any property. Talk to a licensed professional about your own situation.
Property advertising rules
We write with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) practice guidelines on ethical advertising in mind. We do not promise returns or price increases, we do not promote projects before they may lawfully be marketed, and we state prices accurately, including GST where it applies.
Our products in articles
ProjectSG sells marketing services and software to property agents. When an article mentions our products, it is because they are relevant to the problem being discussed, and the mention is clearly ours. Any sponsored or partner content is labelled as such.
Updates and corrections
We review articles when the facts change, for example after a policy or platform update. The "Updated" date on an article changes only when we make a meaningful change to its content.
If you spot an error, email info@project.sg with the article link. We fix confirmed errors promptly and note significant corrections in the article.
