Education websites that earn trust at first look.
Parents, students and partners look you up before they call. We design and build corporate websites for tuition centres, enrichment centres, private schools and preschools that present you as the established institution you are, and make booking a trial or enquiring a few taps away.
- Tuition centres
- Enrichment centres
- Private schools
- Preschools
- Language and music schools
- Training providers
Illustration Your Academy is an example, not a client.
Would a parent trust this centre?
Scroll to watch a dated tuition centre homepage become a professional one, section by section, and see what a parent ticks off along the way.
Parents look you up before they call.
They will often see your website on a phone, next to other centres they are considering. This is Your Academy's homepage today. The teaching is good. The website does not say so.
Eight reasons to keep scrolling past.
- 1Clip art, WordArt and a 2020 enrolment banner
- 2"Classes for all levels. Call for details."
- 3"Our dedicated tutors", with no names or photos
- 4The timetable is a PDF from 2019
- 5"Please call for fees."
- 6A nine-field form that asks for an NRIC number
- 7"Not secure" in the address bar
- 8"Best viewed on desktop"
Look like an established institution.
A clear logo, real photos of your centre, one line on who you teach and why families choose you, and a menu that names what parents look for. English and Chinese, one tap apart.
Parent's check: Looks establishedShow what you teach, by level and subject.
Parents look for their child's level first. Programmes laid out from Primary 3 to Secondary 4, by subject, answer that at a glance, and every programme gets its own page for search.
Parent's check: Teaches my child's levelPut names and credentials to the teaching.
Parents are trusting you with their child. Teacher profiles with photos, roles and qualifications, approved by each teacher, say more than any slogan.
Parent's check: I know who teachesAnswer where and when, without a PDF.
Class times by level and centre, on the page and kept current by your staff, with addresses, maps and the nearest MRT.
Parent's check: A class near usExplain fees, even if you don't list prices.
You decide what to publish. Show what each programme includes, how billing works and how to get the fee sheet, so the question is answered before it becomes a reason to leave.
Parent's check: Fees make senseMake the next step easy, and safe.
Four fields and a WhatsApp button replace nine fields and an NRIC number. The whole site runs on HTTPS, and the form says plainly how a parent's details are used, with consent wording written with the PDPA in mind.
Parent's checks: Easy to book a trial and My details feel safeSame centre. Now it looks the part.
The teaching did not change; the first impression did. On a phone, the trial button and WhatsApp stay one thumb away at the bottom of the screen.

Parents' and students' details, handled with care
Education websites collect details about children. We build forms and pages that take that seriously.
- Forms ask only for what you need to arrange a trial or reply to an enquiry
- Consent wording and a link to your privacy policy beside every button
- HTTPS on every page, and spam protection on every form
- Children's details kept out of page addresses and ad tracking
- Student names and photos published only with consent
We set the website up to support your PDPA obligations. Your organisation and its data protection officer stay responsible for your policies.

A professional copywriter writes an 800-word article about your business, and we place it in news publications, for credibility, backlinks and visibility in Google and AI answers.
See both packagesEducation website questions
Do we have to show our fees on the website?
No. You decide what to publish. We present fees as a feature: what each programme includes, how billing works and how parents can get the fee sheet, so nobody leaves because they could not find an answer. If you do publish prices, we show them clearly.
Can the website be in English and Chinese?
Yes. We build bilingual pages with a switch that opens the same page in the other language, and can add other languages your families use. Your team or translator approves every translated page before it goes live.
Can parents book a trial lesson or assessment online?
Yes. A short form asks for the child's level, subject, centre and preferred time, and every page has a WhatsApp button with the programme filled in. Each request goes straight to your team.
Can our staff update timetables and teacher profiles themselves?
Yes. We set the site up so your staff can update timetables, teachers, news, events and downloads without a developer, and we walk them through it at handover.
How do you handle parents' and students' personal data?
Forms ask only for what you need, show consent wording, link to your privacy policy and run over HTTPS. Student names and photos appear only with consent. We set things up to support your PDPA obligations; your organisation stays responsible for its data protection policies.
Can you show our registrations, awards and results?
Yes, when you can document them. We word each one the way the issuing body allows, and publish student results, reviews and photos only with consent. We never invent reviews, results or numbers.
Will the website help us appear on Google and in AI answers?
We build the foundations that help: fast pages, a page for every programme, structured data such as EducationalOrganization and Course, answer-first FAQs and an llms.txt guide. No one can guarantee a ranking or an AI mention, and our search team can keep growing your visibility after launch.
We already have a website. Can you redesign it?
Yes. We review your current pages, move over the content worth keeping, and keep or redirect your existing page addresses so links and search traffic keep working.
What do you need from us?
Your logo and colours, photos of your centre, details of each programme, teacher profiles with each teacher's OK, and one person who can approve pages.
We can grow your sales. Ask us how.
Tell us what you are working towards. We will help you find a practical next step for your website, advertising or lead follow-up.
