Lead generation for education

Turn every feed into trial lessons booked

Lead generation for tuition centres, enrichment centres and schools on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. Parents and students discover your centre, see how you teach and enquire. Every enquiry reaches your team on WhatsApp, tagged with the platform that brought it.

  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • Instagram
  • Facebook

The problem

Posting is not the same as getting enquiries

Many centres post when they find time, boost a post now and then, and answer messages between classes. Parents notice the gaps, and enquire somewhere else.

  1. Gap 01

    Posts without a plan

Random posts give no reason to follow. Without pillars and a calendar, the feed goes quiet whenever the team gets busy.

Fix A content engine: pillars, a weekly calendar and shoots planned around your lessons.

  2. Gap 02

Ads that lead to an empty profile

A parent sees an ad, taps through to your profile and finds three old posts. The ad paid for the visit; the profile lost the trust.

Fix A full presence first, so every ad leads to a feed of real teaching.

  3. Gap 03

    Enquiries that go cold

Messages sit in four inboxes, replies come hours later, and nobody knows which platform brought the families who enrolled.

Fix One WhatsApp hand-off, fast replies and tracking that tags each enquiry with its source.

Each platform has a job

Four feeds, one goal: a trial lesson booked

Parents and students use each platform differently, so each one gets its own content and its own way to enquire. Watch a post on each turn into an enquiry for Your Centre.

  1. TikTokDiscovery

Short teaching clips and classroom moments reach parents and students who have never heard of your centre.

    • PostQuick lessons, exam tips, student and teacher moments
    • AdsTikTok lead generation with an instant form
  2. YouTubeLessons and search

Longer lessons and explainers answer what parents and students search for, and show your teaching in depth.

    • PostFull lessons, topic explainers, Shorts cut from them
    • AdsYouTube ads through Google Ads, and remarketing to viewers
  3. InstagramReels and community

Reels bring discovery. Posts and Stories show the classroom, the teachers and the community parents want to join.

    • PostReels, carousels, Stories and fast replies to messages
    • AdsMeta lead ads, and ads that open a message
  4. FacebookParents and lead ads

Where parents follow their community, ask questions and share recommendations. Lead ads collect enquiries without leaving the app.

    • PostUpdates, intake dates, parent tips and community posts
    • AdsMeta lead ads with instant forms

RetargetingRuns across all four. People who watched a clip, visited your page or opened a form without sending it see a follow-up ad on the platforms where you advertise.

Illustration Look-alikes of each app, with no official logos. Your Centre, its posts and the enquiries are examples.

Organic and paid, together

From a view to a trial lesson

Organic content earns trust. Paid ads add reach and bring interested families back. Every stage needs both, and each makes the other work harder.

  1. 01Seen

OrganicShort clips and Reels reach new families through each platform's recommendations.

PaidVideo ads put your best clips in front of parents and students in your area.

  2. 02Followed

OrganicA series, teacher spotlights and classroom moments give people a reason to follow.

PaidRetargeting reaches people who watched most of a clip.

  3. 03Messaged

OrganicEvery post ends with one clear next step, and messages get fast replies.

PaidLead ads with instant forms, pre-filled inside the app.

  4. 04Trial booked

OrganicParents check your profile and find real lessons, not an empty page.

Follow-upA WhatsApp reply books the slot, and a reminder keeps it.

OrganicBuilds the proof

Real lessons and classroom moments show parents how you teach before they ever visit.

PaidAdds the reach

Ads put your best content in front of more families, and bring back the ones who showed interest.

TogetherEach improves the other

Posts that do well on their own become ads. Questions in ad comments become next week's posts.

The content engine

A plan that keeps your feeds alive

The hand-off

Every enquiry answered fast, and traced to its source

Parents often ask several centres at the same time. A quick, clear reply makes the difference, so the hand-off matters as much as the ad.

Care built in

Children on camera and parents' data, handled with care

Education marketing involves minors and their families, so consent and data protection are part of the plan from the first day.

  • Consent before filming

Students appear only with their parents' written consent. Faceless formats, like hands on a worksheet or a whiteboard close-up, are always an option.

  • Parents' data, PDPA in mind

Forms ask only for what your team needs to reply, say how the details will be used, and send them to your centre. We set this up with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in mind.

  • Ads within platform rules

Ads for young audiences follow each platform's rules on age and targeting, and most campaigns speak to parents.

  • Honest claims only

Results, grades and testimonials appear only with permission and when they are true. See reputation management for reviews.

FAQ

Lead generation questions from centres

Which platform should our centre start with?

It depends on who decides and who watches. For younger children, parents choose, so Facebook and Instagram often carry the enquiry. Older students often find a centre themselves on TikTok or YouTube, then bring a parent in. In the free plan we suggest where to start for your levels and subjects.

Do we need to be on all four platforms?

No. You can start with two and add the others once the content engine is running. Each platform needs its own content, so two done well beat four done badly.

Who appears in the videos?

Mostly your teachers. Students appear only with their parents' written consent, and we plan faceless formats too, like a hand working through a question or a whiteboard close-up.

How much time does this take from our teachers?

We plan shoots in batches around your timetable and handle the editing, subtitles, captions and posting. On camera, your teachers mostly teach, which is what they already do well.

How fast should we reply to enquiries?

As fast as you can. Parents often contact several centres, and a quick, helpful reply makes the difference. The WhatsApp hand-off sends each enquiry to your team straight away, with the details needed to answer.

How much should we spend on ads?

Your ad budget is set by you and paid to the platforms. In the free plan we suggest a starting budget to test, then move it towards the platforms and posts that bring trial bookings.

Can you guarantee a number of enquiries or enrolments?

No one can. Results depend on your offer, your teaching, your reviews and how quickly your team replies. We focus on what we control: the content, the campaigns, the hand-off and clear tracking.

How do you handle parents' and students' data?

Forms collect only what is needed to reply, and the details go to your centre. We set up forms and follow-up with Singapore's PDPA in mind, and help you keep consent records for anyone filmed. Your centre stays in control of its data.
