Is ScaleUp a course?
ScaleUp is NOT a course. It's designed as a agent-centric marketing cum. support programme where up-to 3 agents can come together and experience joint growth with ProjectSG through personalised marketing campaigns and follow-up advise.
What do I/we need to do to join the program?
Fill up the sign up agreement form, make payment and send an email to support@project.sg.
Alternatively, if you'd like to join us for a briefing and Q&A session, submit your RSVP here.
Ideally all the potential representatives from your team who intend to participate in this program can attend together.
After the briefing, if you decide this is the right programme to support your growth, please commit to join the programme.
Following that, each agent will have an one-on-one half hour needs assessment session with one of the ProjectSG team. Basically it's to help us understand what you are looking for, and that our programme can meet your needs.
Does ScaleUp caters to resale or overseas projects?
ScaleUp is designed with New Launch projects in mind. We are unable to help agents looking to only target resale listings or overseas projects.
Specifically, what should I expect from this scheme? What's the frequency of the activities during the year? How much time would the programme take?
Throughout the year, there will be

- Each participating agent could also schedule one-on-one discussions to get feedback on specific issues they want to discuss about.
In addition, all ScaleUp program participants will receive complimentary invitations to attend webinars/courses/workshops that ProjectSG conducts (ie. the Google Ads training programme)
Will there be bespoke programmes for my company?
The ScaleUp is not just a consultancy service. The goal is to expand your perspective and introduce best practices. Agents in this program will gain insights through listening, and are encouraged to apply (or adapt and apply!) what works best for their business. Agents could also schedule consultations with our team for further opinion sharing.
Will completing the programme "guarantee" me any results?
No. Results depend on various factors, including execution, market conditions, and individual effort. However, we will share proven case studies, actionable frameworks, and strategies to help you achieve similar success. Our goal is to set the right expectations and equip you with the tools to maximize your marketing ROI and scale effectively.
I have never engaged a marketing agency, and have used my own efforts, to get to, where I am at now. Am I suitable for this program?
The ScaleUp’s goal is to support agents already with good progress to grow exponentially. As long as you have gotten to where you are ethically and properly, we have no issues at all.
Can I attend online for the workshops?
All insight sessions will be conducted physically in Singapore. Physical sessions provide a more immersive experience, allowing for richer discussions and more effective learning, which are crucial for the success of our sharings, we highly encourage participants to come on-site.
